Terms and Conditions of the "A DREAM GIFT FOR MOM" Contest
FIRST.- Organizer is .
Tavarez Studio, LLC/Never Overdressed Corp/ Alis D. Tavarez Jiménez, have decided to give a mother, on the occasion of Mother's Day 2021, among the Facebook and Instagram followers of "Angelique Burbu" (www.facebook.com/angeliqueburbu/) (www.instagram.com/angeliqueburbu/) the opportunity to be the lucky winner of fabulous prizes. The contest will have only one winner for all prizes. Any natural person who meets the conditions established in these rules may be the recipient of these prizes.
SECOND.- Period.
This promotion and contest is valid from April 21, 2021, to May 9, 2021.
THIRD.- Participation
Anyone wishing to participate must be a natural person residing in Puerto Rico or the United States, a mother over 18 years of age, or if not a mother, be over 18 years of age and participate on behalf of a mother over 18 years of age, who will receive the prizes. All participants must have a Facebook and Instagram account. Participation is free.
FOURTH.- Exclusions from participation.
Individuals with professional or employment ties to Tavarez Studio, LLC/Never Overdressed Corp/Alis D. Tavarez Jiménez, as well as individuals or entities that have participated directly or indirectly in the development or production of the contest prizes, are excluded from participating in the contest. This includes first-degree relatives.

SIXTH . – Participation mechanics
Anyone wishing to participate in this contest must do so through the “Angelique Burbu” Facebook or Instagram page.
This promotion will take place online, on the social networks Facebook and Instagram.
To qualify for the prize, you must follow the instructions in the corresponding post published on these social media platforms.
Eligible participants who faithfully follow the instructions in the participation process may be eligible to receive the prize. Only natural persons, mothers over 18 years of age, may redeem the prizes. The winner must present proof of maternity, consisting of photo identification and a birth certificate for at least one child.
Compliance with the above requirement is essential to redeem the prizes. If these requirements are not met, another winner will be selected.
Only one entry per user will be accepted.
Under no circumstances will comments or messages be accepted that violate the law, good morals, or disturb public order, or that are pornographic, xenophobic, racist, or that incite violence, or those that, in the opinion of the organizer, could violate the dignity of people, or the good name and image of Angelique La Burbu or any of its brands or products, or that could be hurtful, offensive, or unsuitable for all audiences.
As a result of the foregoing, the Organizers reserve the right to remove, at any time, any image, comment, or message that they consider to violate, directly or indirectly, the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or regarding which they have suspicion or reason to believe that it may do so.
Angelique La Burbu also reserves the right to file a claim or take appropriate legal action against the person who posted such messages or images.
Angelique Burgos is only the image and is not responsible for the prizes and/or their effects.
Some of the prizes include makeup, creams, and/or products that could cause allergies and/or reactions.
In the event of a claim or dispute, a notary will be consulted for interpretation, and the notary's decision will be final. No cash is given, and there are no exchanges or refunds.
SEVENTH- Communication to the Winner
The prize will be awarded on May 9, 2021, when it is verified that the winner meets all the conditions established to receive the prizes. If the winner does not meet the requirements established in these Rules, or cannot be located within three (3) calendar days, a new winner will be chosen until one is found. Angelique La Burbu will communicate the name of the winner so that he or she can contact the Organizers via private message to request the necessary information to receive the prizes.
In the event of a manifest impossibility to contact the winners due to an error in the information provided by them or due to the winners not being located, Angelique La Burbu and the Organizers will be exempt from any liability.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prizes to the Organizers within 24 hours of receiving the notification. The winner may also, if they so wish, forfeit the prize. Such forfeiture must be communicated in writing within 24 hours of receiving the notification, using the same procedure used for acceptance.
If the winner does not receive any notification of acceptance or waiver within the specified period, and if the winner does not receive any notification of acceptance or waiver, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited, the Organizers being authorized to use it and declare it void or assign it to another person. In the event of a prize forfeiture, there will be no compensation.
EIGHTH - Exclusions and limitations
None of the prizes may be substituted, exchanged, altered, compensated, or transferred at the winner's request. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the promotion at any time for just cause.
NINTH .- Image Rights.
Acceptance of the prize by the winner implies consent to the Organizers' use of their personal information, photos, likenesses, and likeness in promotional materials related to the contest, by any means, including print and digital media. In any case, the winner agrees to participate, without compensation, in any and all publicity related to this contest.
TENTH. – Data protection
By participating in Facebook® and Instagram promotions, participants agree that any comments posted on the official contest profile will be shared with other users of these social networks. Furthermore, participation in a contest of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of Facebook® and Instagram, where the contest is held.
In compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection legislation, participants authorize that the personal data (including email) voluntarily provided through the Facebook and Instagram page of Angelique La Burbu to participate in this promotional action, implies authorizing the Organizers, by themselves or through other entities that carry out the management and processing of the data (data processor) for the transfer of said data to the supplier or from this to the Organizers, for the development and execution of this promotion and may, if they are awarded, publish them on their website and social networks.
All data is treated with absolute confidentiality and is not accessible to third parties for purposes other than those for which it has been authorized.
ELEVENTH. – Responsibilities
Neither the Organizers, Angelique La Burbu, nor any of the individuals or entities that will provide prizes to the winner are responsible for the inability to contact the winner or for the inability to deliver the prize due to incorrect or incomplete personal data provided by participants.
The Organizers, Angelique La Burbu, or any of the persons or entities that will provide prizes to the winner will not be responsible for the winner's inability to arrange and schedule a date for the prize delivery. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participants who act abusively or fraudulently, and any participants or winners who deceive, conceal, or falsify their participation information or breach any of the conditions of these rules.
Neither the Organizers, Angelique La Burbu, nor any of the persons or entities that will provide prizes to the winner are responsible if the prize is awarded to a winning participant who is not of legal age, because he or she has concealed or provided false personal data requested for participation.
Neither the Organizers, Angelique La Burbu, nor any of the individuals or entities that will provide prizes to the winner are responsible for any tax liability the winner may have and/or any liability of any kind to the Puerto Rico Department of the Treasury. The winner is solely and entirely responsible for seeking guidance and advice on the matter and taking the necessary measures to comply with any legal or administrative requirements. No contribution or monetary contribution is required to participate.
TWELFTH . – Modification of rules
The Organizers reserve the right to modify the rules of this contest at any time. These rules will govern the "Burbu for Mother's Day" contest.
